Message	I said it didn't work because I've seen more than one test that said they are absolutely useless. See the link I posted above. The Phazer actually increased the cops' laser gun range. You're anecdote of your friend isn't exactly a controlled study :) There were way too mnay variables to consider in that example. The cop could have just had better things to do at that time.
